i think decapitate is quite nice becouse it does so many in 1 skill.
yes the adr/nrg loss is too harsh but it opens wonderfull opertunities in builds. lets say like taking signets and stuff like that.

As I've said before and I'll say again, Decap's problem is that it needs you to take bad skills for it to work, for little actual gain over Eviscerate. In a full-team spike, if a standard Evis --> BB alongside the rest of the team's damage won't get a kill, then the problem is with your team and the minor extra damage offered by Decap won't help.

Btw - Evis + BB >>>>>> Decap + any sig

Decap is bad. Even the (terri)bad players know this.

I suppose you are epic bad? Or the same guy I beat in Hero Battles when he was using: No IAS, Decap, no Bull's Strike or IMS, and Dismember. He said Dismember was the "finisher"...

For those that still have some doubts...

Pick any signet in the game and see if it can match the dmg of Exicutioners Strike or Body Blow...keeping in mind your not going to lower your weapon mastery (wich effects every attack you make) just to increase the power of a signet you wont use often. That leaves you to take points out of Strength wich weakens all the skills you bring from that line.

Decreasing your wars overall effectiveness just to increase the effectiveness of any single skill is BAD!

The best use I've found for this bad elite is equiping it on a sin with high Crit Strikes.

Still the sin does better dmg with daggers so... bad skill.
